Ahhh i love this one, my best yet, what do you think 
Info:
i started working on this wall about a month back, i had my exams in between
for those trees in the background, i used a stock (i don't remember from where i
got, had saved that long back in my comp) well, so i did various stuff on it to
make it look whitish , also did lot's of smart blur at all places taking tiny
amounts of each and i darkened the wood part,
for the bushes, did something same
the sky part was a new layer with lots of brush effectc and then i changed the
medium to colour, that's how that glowy effect came
i really had to search hard for the appropriate wings, finally got one, sorry i can't give you the link, i accidentally deleted the scan
also, added little sparkles
Charector: 4 layers ( used smart blur )
Time spent: 2 weeks
Layers: more than 40 ( i had to make several new layers for the background since i was doing lots of effects on it )

i like the nice background however it seems a bit bright and the wings look nice but they dont seem to suit her very well but it could just be the way im looking at it [hope i didnt offend you

yep yep, i do agree that this is the best wall youve done so far. i see alot of improvements in this one compared to your earlier ones - first of all, the bg isnt abstract liek your usual ones. Im not saying theres anything bad with abstract bgs, but abstract bgs are very hard to work with
the background is just simply beautiful and it matches the scan very nice.
however, my only little complaint is the bad scan quality on her wings. try

also, it kinda looks like you horizontally squished her a bit because i see some pixellation that shouldnt be there (like on the outlines of her dress). but then again, ive never seen the original of this scan, so i dont know...and angel/dust characters always seem to have a horizontally squished apprearance to me (atleast thats what they look like to me
just wondering..but ive noticed that in quite a few walls, you seem to have some horizontal squishing effects. does this happen because you free transform the images, or do you do that effect on purpose?

Quite nice, indeed. But is it just me, or does the girl look kind of.. squished? Like she's stretched out vertically but not enough horizontally.
