The adventures of vectoring await me. It all started with a random shuffle through minitokyo's scans. And voila, I found the perfect scan to vector...and this is it. I searched google for more tutorials until I found one explaining the simplicity of layers and how to use them to your advantage. And I thought I was a whiz at Photoshop; it never occured to me that I could use layers.
Completion time: 2 days/5-hour intervals
EDIT: Erased extra color area near Dark's right arm.
