Well, I have already used this background on another wallpaper but I decided to use again because im my opinion it blends well with the naruto theme.
I made this wallpaper eith brushes + effects and then used burn tool.
After i added the "Naruto" that i extracted from a manga.
The Kyubi Seal pic and the Naruto pic I extracted from other wallpapers and added some effects to blend them better in the background
Hope you like it.
