It's a... crossover/cosplay. xD
It's still Konoka and Setsuna from Negima xD
Konoka dressed as Moezilla OStan and Setsuna dressed as WinME OStan.
It's a friend idea. I thought it was adorable, so I drew it. Now it's my wall xD
