hmm..bg needs to be a little more filtered. the stock photo doesnt have enough anime-like qualities to it to blend in well enough with the character. I really do think the bg is beautiful though. But maybe if you made it sepia/brownish toned rather than blue and colored, the girl would fit in better. Becuase as it is now, the girl is mostly brown, and the bg doesnt really have anything brown in it. This is just a suggestion, but try making the bg a brownish faded color, and put a texture on top.

Awww, it's cute. In my opinion the font or the title doesn't fit much D: And the scan doesn't fit the background (remember it's just MY opinion) but otherwise, scan is cute and background looks great. The thing(s) that are "swirling" all around the font doesn't fit either... =/ But I still like it kinda ^-^
