This is truly interesting. It reminds me of the monster in Final Fantasy 8.
Very ... fascinating, if I am to put it that way. Never seen a blade looking like a moonster, or issit a monster looking like a blade? Though I have to agree with flyin the highlights are really attracting people to touch it. It makes people feel as if the picture is absorbing them. ^^

This is really really well done. I'm almost scared to show it to my boyfriend for fear he throws it at us in our next D&D game. I really like this a lot.
