the wallpaper looks very good, the background fits well to the chara and the effects are very nice, i like the clouds.

i like the nice colours of the background and everything is placed nicely XD the brushes look nicely placed and i like how your wall seems very magical :) im not a big fan of the line thats running across the top of your wall but thats just my opinion ^_^' [hope i didnt offend you] i like the nice clouds and the sky theme you have in your wall :D yay go clouds XD i like the nice big planet and overall lovely wall ^^

honestly you overdid it. It looks good, but the brushes and everything else just were overused. It seems like you just went crazy with all the brushes you had at hand =/
It just seems too messy, you have talent but do try to show a little more restraint with the brushes >>;
