The hair is rather good soujiokita, and overall its a nice start-off - you should add some shading :)

Here's a drawing of Near I finished a few days ago. Originally did this for a contest on another site.
His hair may look simple, but it's was pretty hard to get it look right. I know his eyebrows don't show, it looked
better that way, and besides, his hair covers them.
I didn't color it because I didn't have a lot of time and I just didn't really feel like it.
