For the inspiration project at Simple-ism as well as for my own amusement.

I wanted to do a more stylized wall, so instead of using normal colours, I wanted to use monochromatic scheme. As for the colours themselves, I used colours to match their eyes. I know Mwu's signature colour is probably purple (from his pilots suits and such), but he looks better in blue, and besides, complimentary colours look nicer ^___^
The colouring style is inspired by this wall, from http://ashi.anime-epoch.com/ (the site seems to be down at the moment, so I've uploaded it onto imageshack for comparison)
I wanted to use the least number of colours as possible. There are three shades of orange for Murrue and four shades of blue for Mwu, plus white for both.
The background took me forever to decide... I tried using just black or white, but seemed to be missing something.. After a long time I came up with this. Then I added some textures because it looked kinda dull without it.
At first I wanted to add some text, but couldn't find a good font or placement, so scrapped that idea.
The resolution I originally made this in is 1280 x 800, 'cause that's the resolution I use, but since MT doesn't support that resolution, I scaled it down to 1280 x 768. (It looks weird in 4:3 ratio.. but if you really want it, I can work something out)

Wow! I loved the style and how you just give them a single colors for each an dadd some textures in there. This was wonderful and I'm glad you made it. Though when I see it it looks sad at the same time. ;__; This was an eye-catching wallpaper. >_<

Another awesome looking vector. You are so good at vectoring without having definite lines. The colors are right on the money and the slight texturing sets it off from the bg. The vectoring is clear and sharp. Really awesome work.
