Flawless: Hmm... but i'am sure you guys would find lot's of flaws in this wall

well, let's see
before merging the background, it had about 20 layers
the background is as usual a clutter of brushes from Angelic-Trust,
lots of effects on it, adeed noise to the background to add some
touches
Charector: 5 layers ( a tinch of gausion blur and hue )
The sphere: 4 layers merged ( used liquify to make it bulge )
Font: ( used blending effects )
Time spent: 4 hours

umm the background is okay but isn't lacus distorted?U might wanna fix that

with kira to each other all mutually has the favorable impression oh

i like the effects and the brushes you used on your wall
they
look nice and help add character to your wall 
the
butterflies around your wall add a nice touch and i like the colour scheme
however it doesnt seem to suit her well 
but it could just be the way im looking at it [hope i didnt offend you] the
title looks lovely however i think it is a bit large but that is just my opinion
overall nice wall ^^
