This is a preview wallpaper for paint-O-rama's first grand
opening contest

missing half). This is the only thing that doesn't fit with the contest, because the participants should show a
walk-through or tutorial on how they painted their vegetaion or whole wallpaper, not another element. :[

I really like it. :D You really were able to make it like ancient Japan.
A small suggestion though.

wah amaysink! you had to draw the horse's head with its acessories and loads of sakura. sugoi! *claps* it doesnt look like 2 people drew it. you did a very good job with imitating style and making it seamless. some wallers arent as good at drawing as the professional artist who drew the picture, but this is really very good. the hills are nice too since they give her somewhere to be, instead of just floating in a void. the only thing that bothers me is that she seems to be riding into sakura which seems kinda pointless. its fine if shes riding near them, but why would she ride into them? nevertheless its an awesome wallpaper!

well there was a word that completetly attracted/shocked me, painted, re painted, that's a huge work, even if you didn't changed a lot of the original scan, thing that would have been better to make it more unique cuz re paint is a hard work but painting is bring your head into art with imagination so in some way at least for me is not only more thinking but more work (I'm not saying that you didn't put any work on this cuz wow I was really surprised), dedication or whatever... I see you had to complete the head of the horse, looks really good but it could be better cuz well you see the mn...how can I call it....muzzle? dont know....looks too short for a real horse is suppose to look....above that, I love the peaceful background and the colors. awesome wallpaper, no, piece of art...I'll wait to see more works from you.
