Wow. All of the Captains. There's Byakuya, Toshiro (ohhhh, no, I ain't gonna call the dude Captain! It just seems weird!), Mayuri, Kenpachi, Aizen before he was revealed as the villain, Sajin with his mask, Kaname and Gin before their departure, Soi Fong, Shunsui, a backshot of Jushiro, Retsu, and General Genryuusai himself.

MAN that was a lot to list! @_@ I think it was done in a Bleach artbook, but I dunno for 100% sure. It still rocks.
