Ryuk O'lantern! ^^
Inspired by some of the most creative Jack O'lantern carvings, I chose the death god Ryuk as the new face of this Halloween season. Done on an apple, not a pumpkin, because Ryuk loves apples :)
Although I admit my apple looks a lot like a pumpkin .. Oh well pumpkins, apples, whatever - it's Halloween!
This wall is going for the Vectorness Halloween challenge, the Deathnote group challenge and the Simpleism project. It's a birds massacre with 1 stone this time because I'm really busy ..
Ryuk's face is vectored and finished off with paint job over 3 nights working from concept to finish. Not perfectly happy with the result but oh well ..

Ooh, I love the concept you have going on here. I think it'd be more Halloween-ish if you used a pumpkin, but oh well, it still looks like a pumpkin, anyways. I don't have anything else to say, good job!
i should present this to a friend. this wallpaper makes me happy. i don't know why. i have been having malicious feelings towards a certain person lately so evil things have been appealing to me lately. XD
