I really do like the general idea, but I really wish that it weren't so blurry. The fonts fit well, there is nothing wrong with the fonts, but with that particular scan, there are plenty of versions of it that have a lot of detail, so you really didn't need to blur it as you did.

Definitely a unique twist. Working with a white base is always a difficult endeavour, I'm fascinated by those who do it. And though I understand the concept of this piece is most likely to come across as gritty, aggressive and dynamic - what I like best is the composition if not the primary model.
And I agree with Kaisui above that your choice of fonts is well worth noting. Very edgy! Nice!
