Okay, lets go :) My first wallpaper made with a scan of Sister Princess, found here, in MiniTokyo http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/256802/
Program: Adobe Photoshop CS
Layers: 18
Brushes: Scully7491 on DeviantART and the ones within
Photoshop
Background: texture from Celestiar Star and a mix of my own cloud brushes
Time spent: one whole evening, about 5-6 hours, including the extraction of the scan
