Well this ended up completely different from what it started out as. I had to redo most of the scan as it wasnt the best quality (very grainy). Then I added a few more layers, sticking to black, white and red for the colours.

    Love the composition.

    I personally think that the wings and the bloody ripple brushes could be stronger and crisper to match the anime-style images. The words "vampire princess" also seemed a bit lost, although I know your intention of creating an illusionary effect is there.
