i was thinking of making a wallpaper with the beach background but i didn't know
what kind of picture to put on the wallpaper so i decided on a few n this was
the best tried to make the wallpaper not look to real using some techniques i
learnt from some tutorial sites enjoy!

change the category but don't no how...

I am pretty sure this scan is from White Clarity ( http://browse.minitokyo.net/1066/white-clarity/ ).
You have a pretty normal concept for this wall, but it could use a little work on the extraction around the hair on the left side of the scan. Also the white boxy edges where the water breaks need to be cleaned up, keep working at it a little longer and you should have it just about perfect.
The water itself does look really good, it is from a stock photo right? It still fits quite well with an anime scan, good work there.
