ok, I see a couple problems with the wall, and I hope you dont mind me pointing them out.
First, the character has no blue on her (besides her eye, which isnt enough in this case) and the bg is all blue. She doesnt fit in that well. With the colors i see on her, she would look better against a sunset bg. But there is a way to make her fit better - you should take the pen tool, put it onto the outline setting (top menu bar, its the setting in the middle - theres one thats a square with points on each of the 4 corners, theres the same square with a pen in the middle, and then theres a square without any points on the corners. you want the one in the middle - the square with the points and the pen in the middle.) Outline each of her pants with the pen tool (just the red part, not the gold) and when you complete the outline, right click - make selection. Then, while staying on the layer with the character, go to images - adjustments - hue/saturation and play around with the hue bar until you get a blue! She should fit in better that way.
Another problem i see is that the character is standing at the edge of the platform..it looks odd because you have all that empty platform space next to her. I dont really like centering characters (and I have a feeling that this is why you didnt center her) but in this case, shes basically the main focus of the wall because theres not much else in the wall itself (simple, but not in a bad way). So i think it would look better if you centered her on the platform.
But otherwise, it looks great! I love the title, and the wings (tales of symphonia style?) are soo cute!
