pretty good attempt, but whats with the transparent parts of Belldandy?
She could be a little more brighter, but not too much that takes away from the wallpaper.
Birds are a good addition too, but the rainbow, to be honest, it just looks well tacky in a way and unneeded.
Reposition belldandy to say more towards the centre a bit and rotate her a bit more clockwise, move the birds up more to the top left and that'd be much better
You do have a good idea, but everything is just down the bottom and makes it a little cluttered
Another idea is to spread out the birds as well in the background so there really isnt too much negative space (areas that dont have a whole lot or much in the area). While negative space can be good as long as there is balance
