"To vanquish your enemies, to chase them before you, to rob them of their wealth, to see those dear to them bathed in tears, to clasp to your bosom their wives and daughters."
Temujin Borjigin aka Cinggis Qayan [on happiness].

2006: is the 800 year anniversary of the formation of the Mongol Empire.

Temujin [birth name literally means "supreme being"] was the greatest conqueror in history, whom laid out an empire that would encompass half of the real estate of the known world under his grandson, Khubilai Khan. The Mongol Empire extended through the steppes of Russia, Asia, Eastern Europe and parts of the Middle East. Genghis Khan was a military genius, valued loyalty above all else, and learned from other cultures. ie. the Chinese. I wonder what he would think of some of our leaders today........

    so the greatest pleasure and happiness, still valued with power ...ja if you actually think about it our leaders today are trying or is kind of possible that maybe they have the same thoughts ...or at least the same ideas, the problem is that none of them (with some exceptions) are doing it right.
    let's see....at first I thought it was a scan ... completely nice vector work, hard thing I guess...gotta say that it looks (I think you wanted that way) really traditional so the essence is still there and it looks pretty damn good.
    great work.

    His ambition was raw and humanely; it was because of the waring dynasties which has lead him to that concusion. Invaribly, death of the enemy is the joy of war.

    I like the feel to the vector; its quite rare seeing a dark one amongst a dozen bright ones. A fresh change, too.

    Hmmm... I think some gradient work would have been nice, but if you did this in photoshop, then it would've been hard, ne? Also, I find it kinda odd that you decided to blur the text-edges when everything else is so hard-edged. I think I like this in small form a little more than in fullsize, actually... ^^;

    In any case, a nice vector, hm?

    Can see this as a general wall ;) Might be nice to see some gradients that Makhan mentioned... which should be pretty easy to add in PS.

    Once again, I love your style of vectoring. Your use of vector and how you apply it never ceases to amaze me *_*
    I love the use of applied red on this.
