i like the concept of your wall and you portrayed it well
the
extraction could use a bit of work since it is a bit jagged in some parts and
the wings have not fully been extracted properly 
the water looks nice however there is a line between the middle and the left
were there is plain blue without the watery-ness or the white smokey stuff, the
background with the mountains and the planet seems a bit too real for her 
[i hope i havent offened you] the sky looks nice 
the
colours help give a calming effect and overall you made a nice wall ^^
hehe, dont worry im not offended, and the wings werent part of te girl
,
actually i made them 
with a brush and somehow i was playing with the photoshop and put them the
pink-green color hehe , because if i let them totally white they wouldnt be very
visible
the idea is good and i like the chara but work on the *extraction* and on the bg a litle more...i am sure it is gooing to look better that way...and you can also add some effects at the front....something that shines and so on

not really a fan of the swirly thing around her and the extraction is a little
