This is a picture of Little Yuri Riding Hood and the Wolf Girl by Sakura Shio.
It's based on a short story("Little Yuri Riding Hood", to be specific) that appears in Yuri Hime 7 that Shio did the illustrations for. Although I can't seem to find an online gallery, this appears to be Sakura Shio's official website: http://amiche.sakura.ne.jp/
