Time to Make: 12 hours give or take a few
Brushes: Magic swirls, stars, clouds, magic dust, wings
Other: I was SUPPOSED to be doing a wallpaper featuring a neko ffor a contest.
And this came out instead. ^^;; This is my first time working with fog/clouds
and fading the lights and darks into each other. This is also my first time
working with a stock image. I hope I did okay
