ahh cute wall! very cute character. Here are just some things I would change though..
-the wings need to go. they look really blurry and i just think it would look better without them. also considering that she is in snow, i think it would match the overall feeling of the wall if you have white wings on her rather than gray.
-that outerglow/stroke around the character really needs to go too. it just looks out of place and most of the wall is white, but then you have that random yellow around her. its also a little too solid. it just makes the character pop out too much.but everything else, I like! nice pretty colors and I love the snow! (even though i dont like snow very much when im standing out in it)

i like the snowy theme of your wall XD yay snowflakes :D i like the birds that are flying in the background and the colour scheme looks nice :) im not a fan of the wings and they look a bit out of place but that is just my perspective ^_^' overall you made a nice wall ^^
