Whoa, really nice art. The flame blade is so cool, it almost looks liquid in a way. Recca-san is well drawn and the stance is cool (it is taken from one of the manga isn't it ?).
As for the bg / effects, they're okay, though not really to my taste, because it's a bit 'heavy', there's just too much. I think a simple bg would have worked as well (like having him stand on a ground, without too many effects)... simpleness is good too

This should've made the charts. Though Saiha isn't really prominent enough; it becomes just a distraction which makes the image more messy.
