The girl is too cute for the background. ;)
I love the vectored chara, it all looks so neat and clean.
But the cute chara doesn't go well with such a simple background. Try placing her in something more magical, more scenic background.
And there are some jagged edges on the vector, try working on that.Other than those, I have no other commments. Nice work. :D
