Been a long time... as usual ^_^'
One of my MT friend was saying that I always do sad walls, so I said to myself that I had to try one of those happy walls. So L3g I hope this one is happy enough for you ;)
Bokura ga Ita is a new series currently running in Japan. It made me think of Kare Kano. It's really lovely.
I found this scan thanks to bouinbouin.
I kept the background cause I liked it, and thought of a concept with a window.
I drew the window, the chime and the little trees in Illustrator. Than in Photoshop, I textured the window by adding
wood textures from photos I took. I tried to copy/paste as less as possible to make it more realistic. The birds pattern
on the wall come from this site.
The birds in the sky are from a stock photo...
And finally I painted the scan to extended it and remove the grainess.
Hope you'll like it and run watch Bokura ga ita :D (or read the manga).
