WELL HELLO! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, I ACTUALLY REALLY LIKE YOUR DRAW..... IS WIERD BUT REALLY NICE.. CONGRATULATIONS!
Well if you want a realistic proportions and shading then my comments are: The neck is irregularly thin. The hair should be a bit bulkier. The nose is shadowed a lot that makes it look artificial. The chin is quite small.
Just a reminder that comments are for realism but if that is your style then just ignore this then.
I agree witrht he previous poster that the neck is a tad too thin. Other than that, this drawing looks great, the coloring is nice too.
