tooniegirl! I am so happy to see you trying a different style! Usually I see alot of cute characters in your walls, but this time you pulled it off nicely with a character that isnt "squishably" cute. hehe. More of a serious feeling rather than a "lets give the character hugs" feeling (hahaha, where do i get these phrases from?) i dont really know if the bg is a stock photo or if its part of the original scan, but either way, its really nice. I personally think this wall would have looked better if you took out those brushes on the edges, and instead overlayed it with a texture (heres a nice place with textures - http://www.desktopanime.com/resources.php.
it would have brought out the seriousness and maybe would have given it a more dramatic look. good job though!

the scan could use a little cleaning up..the quality don't seem to be the same with the bg >_< -
