This is my usual character, just in a Pimped version, for the "Pimp my chara " contest on the Doujin-Arena group.
I really thought about lots of ways to make it and I choose these accessories
the best. About the chara,he's the 12th keeper, keeper of the door of the
End,Telos . I don't think Mikhail would
be dressing like this many times, but I think it looks cool.
Description:
Mikhail Nakamura is the 12th keeper of the door of harmony, Keeper of the Door
of the end. I need to explain a little about the Doors, otherwise, you won't
understand what's going on -> the Doors were built to protect the powers
humanity could control. there were built 20 Door, with the more variable powers.
All of the Door lead to Death, once there is the best place you can hide
anything, so noodoby would try to open the Doors t release the powers.
<-Well, Mikhail was a young boy wth six years when he had the dream that
abounces the becoming of the Kepper. what he wasn't expecting was that he died
before he was able to do anything about it. He was brought back to life by the
door itself, but having allways the curse of having a broken (or death if you
want) soul. It means that, as much he grows, he gets fewer personality and self
control. but it culd go right, once he share his body with a part of the soul of
the Door telos itself that replaces what he has lost. About his personality, i
can say he is quite strange, a person that's always smiling, yet, always looking
lost, never givin' up on his life, deciding that you must never wish the other
to feel your feelings, once that was his disgrace once.

ok, i think your thread was a good idea. But somehow no one at mt wants something like this
To tell you the truth you are right, that here the comments not this great and most of the time you only get a fav or a "hey great work" so i get bored of mt and have deleted a lot of my works lately. I feel sorry that a good idea like your one isn't accepted here.

So now to your work, it is a really good work. The symbols on his skin looks hmm.. some kind of strange but wll placed and matching to the chara. The coloring is simple to and matching to your kind of drawing^^
There is only one thing that isn't well placed or feels somewhat like it shouldnt be there is the lion on the jacket and the material scraps on the trousers.
Maybe the lion would be more fitting when it is in vector art. But all in all its a good work
Well, I have to agree with Clover about the Lion, but I actually like the stripes...and I love the way the chara looks like he's been cut out.
Draws your attention to him right away.
I love all the detail you used. Like on his pants, for example; the right pant-leg is ripped and you have some stiching there.
