You made a great wall, in my opinion. I think I have this Spiral thing on my computer but I haven't read it yet. But your wallpaper definitely looks good ;)

Well, ive been gone for over a year now, moved to England and been working ever since, so busy i forgot all about walls. But im back now, learned a few new tricks since my last picture. Sadly this one still seems rather amateur to me considering the amount of time spent on it.
How do you people get walls done in only a couple of hours? painting the trees alone took me over 3 hours (they were very detailed before a lot of burn tool) Anyway, maybe with practice i'll get faster.
About the guy, sorry but i dont know much, all i know is 'Spiral'. If that means something to you then cool.
well i hope you like it, I'd like to improve on this so any suggestions would be most welcome.

hey...i really like this wallie...i think it's awesome...also...the trees are very very cool...and that planet (or moon)...at the back...is really really a great touch...the character mix perfectly with the bgr...

They get wallpapers done fast because they most likely got a premade tree brush from a site, or using a stockphoto. :)
Well, lemme see, a Spiral wallpaper huh? I haven't seen that series in a while, funny recently I remembered it ... Anyway onto the wallpaper. Full view is just ... "wow". I'm not joking ... I can see how you did the moon, but you did it well. The trees, even if it took you three hours, it's wonderfully done! But as you go down the wallpaper, it looks like a big mess ... I can't really tell what it is at the bottom but some odd texture and spell cast ... You might want to define the ground more. The leaves in the back are nice, not the best quality.
This is a really shame, cos you did so well in the top part and the trees, lighting is very nice too. Thanks for your hard work, and keep it up when you have time!

The wallpaper is awesome. I love the whole theme of darkness, everything looks so mysterious!
The only thing I want to say is the moon doesn't blend in well with the sky. It looks like it's just pasted there. The edges could be worked on also.
What I like is the fact that everything looks really neat. I like how it seems like he's near the fire since the shadowing works well here. But...is he being burned? Poor guy, his legs are already gone.
Anyway, very nice wallpaper! You did well, the hours you've spent on it were worth it in the end. ^^
