Nice work for a first vectored wall, even though there are still jagged edges. (it's your first vectored wall, anyway)
I'm loving the vibrant colors that make this wallie so attractive.
The shadows look nice too, they add a nice touch to the depth of the wallie.
The softness and plumpness of the clouds look so cute, they almost look like cotton candy.
It all looks so cute and nice, this wallie makes me wanna get some cotton candy and other sweets right now.

really cute and beautiful! The pastel colors are really nice and pretty. I just love those clouds. They look so soft...^-^ And your vectoring is really nice for your first time. The only thing that seems out of place is the rainbow. I think if you raised the saturation a little (image-adjustments-hue/saturation) and raised the lightness a teeny bit, then it will fit in better. it just seems really solid and dull against everything else. i guess you could lower the opacity of the rainbow and see how it works, but since its a vector, and with the way you made you wallpaper, the solid rainbow might look nicer, like you have it now. I'd just say the problem is color choice on the rainbow.

Well, looking at full view, I see some problems. The clouds and rainbow does not match, because one is blurry the other is sharp. You have to decide on one thing to keep it through and make it all harmonious. But I must say it is really cute, and the idea of a rainbow and cloud isn't original, ALTHOUGH, you did well on composition. Nice work.

Happy, cheerful wallpaper, sometimes people need the ones like this I think it's good to be able to find happy wps.
