once again, its been a long time since i've done a wallpaper. took a break fom studying chinese (which is T_T), to make this wallpaper. its a pretty simple wallie, took me about 1-3 hours to make this one. and the lovely scan was from sakura5499. ^_^

    I like blue as a color and the vector shapes around the girl. Interesting take on splitting the image above the line, cute.
