the text is in French ! it Means "waiting..."
For vectoring this wall I used a screen from the anime (#9) where Riza's dog appears in the HQ ! And I titled the wall
"waiting" cause at this time he doesn't have a master !.. And he's waiting for Riza ! ^^
For the background vector I used this scan.
The only thing I didn't draw is the Chibi but I can't remember whan and where I found it !
