I must admit I wasnt creative with the name for this wallpaper.... T_T
but I hope you like this so just enjoy....
Found a nice scan for Shana so I just place her in a nice background...several layers on there....then I just engulf her with some glow effects....and added some shining behind her to amplify a little bit more the effect, and finally, added the obligatory text....

erm..there's a little too extreme of the white spark brushes there..the bg behind it looks fantastic though XD lovely effects u did on the scan..the colours made the scan blend in well too :P
