Ohh, this is pretty cool. I love black and red with the white. The splatter grunge brush is pretty neat (if it is a brush, if not, sorry for misinterpretting). I enjoy the simplicity of this wallpaper and how energetic the character is posed, how you highlighted this with a few techniques. Also glad to see a male character for once being walled, other than Gundam Seed. I noticed you didn't colour in his pupils, left them white, wonder what the reason was for, but it does look a bit interesting in a way.
It's a pretty good wallpaper overall, I'm a bit saddened that the swirls in the back are slightly blurry. Seems you enlarged and blurred, not sure exactly. Some parts is a bit pixalated, but nonetheless, with a few improvements it could be really cool. Nice work, and thanks for sharing.

YES! Ikki kicks so much ass! I absolutely love the black and white, in-your-face style of this wallpaper, and his hair definitely stands out. The swirls are incredible, and the blood/paint spatters don't hurt either. This wallpaper is simple, and it absolutely works.
