Hi ^-^ , after some hard tests weeks, I'm come back with my wallies ^^
This one is for the Cute Wallies Contest!
I did it a couple of weeks ago with an wonderful scan I'd found on 4chan. I like
the angel very much ^-^ She looks so cute and soft 
Techical info:
background: was made with some of my couds brushes and exists a river on her
foots *hum.. but I guess it is lost around so many clouds

time: 2 hours

The WL contest rules are that it can't just be clouds & an angel.
About the wallie, the colours are gorgeous! & the clouds are very pretty but a few of them are a bit rough. The extraction is rough in places & the yellow glow doesn't match very well.
The moon looks out of place & too sharp. & theirs a really solid white strip on the left that looks weird.
Overall it's a nice wallie, but it could be much, much better with your skill level.
A fave for your efforts though. ^^
Gee, Idril, you almost didn't make it. If it wasn't for that moon in the bg.. it should've been disqualified.
But
I've been thinking, maybe would you like to take another try? This can be an
entry in the Cute-Wallies contest cuz it's the wings edition out there.

btw, great extraction! I like the character very much; her feeling of innocence.
wow! a very bright wallie! i like the scan + those cloudy stuffs but i guess the moon is a bit far out in your wall. i guess it would be better to put there something like a shooting stars or other starry stuffs

hmmm the chare looks awesome and the clouds are lovely too . . . it looks almost perfect, except from the moon, overall it is a very beautiful wall.

It's a very pretty wallie in overall.. The chara stands out with that kind of bg...
But maybe you could add stars to the sky and comets so the sky won't be too plain.. And also, some clouds near her head need to be softened a little more.. and try working on the moon so that it blends with the sky.. and try making the moon's light sort of blend with the chara too, like highlights on her side where the moon is showing, and shadows.
But nice job, nonetheless.

this is beautiful. The looks great, I love the colors. The only thing that bothers me is the bottom, it's too white and it's a little blinding to me. Other than that, great job!
