I like this wall; it seems that the 'dark' atmosphere is caught well, too. The candle also fits with the wall. Overall,
it's a nice wall. :)
Ehm. For advice(s):
(1)
It seems that the chessboard-patterned wall feels a bit 'flat' when it is side-by-side with the sky BG o_0. Since you
use PS, I guess it can be enhanced by duplicating the right part of the chess-patterned texture (use polygonal lasso
tool, follow the wall's outer shape); then do free transform > skew it a bit upward, to get some 'pillar' effect on
it. Don't forget to add shadow to it, though. The wall will look a bit 'cubed', and this might as well replace the
'thin' impression on it.

This maybe just me, but the BG's color seems too 'blue' to stand side-by-side with the scan. Perhaps you can darken it a
little bit -- but this is based only on my feeling. Don't take it too seriously :D. Oh, and you can also add a layer
with brushworks on it; to add some accent to the sky image. Be aware to add only brushwork suiting with the 'gloom'
theme you've made, though. ;)
