I vector traced Haruhi. The funny words read "sekai wo ooini no moriagerutame no Suzumiya Haruhi no dan" from bottom leftmost clockwise down back to bottom left. Magic circle, glass globe, planet, wings, feathers all self made. I originally decided for some fancy cloud formations streaming out from the glass globe but decided to keep things simple since the cloud filter gave me a pretty nice background as it is.

There are around 70 layers not including the trace, which is around 40 layers. Took 3 days altogether. Well, at least all the elements are done by myself.

Foreground subjects are great looking but the background of red clouds is just too plain and bold. The setting really needs something that matches with Haruhi/Planet and isn't too bold of a red since detracts from making Haruhi/Planet being the focus of the wallpaper (makes the eye wander & stare @ the bold red).

Very nice concept, it seems like a parody of Day of Sagitarius where Haruhi characters enter Red battle zone. I like the idea of Haruhi controllind the fate of the Earth (or is she forming an energy ball here?), especially impressive for an original work, not to mention nice vectoring!

Right now, the Cloud filters you used in the red space are quite obvious. I would suggest covering with textures or additional effects. ^^ Other than that, a very well balanced wallpaper and very easy on the eyes!
