i made this in phtoshop,used some brushes & those plug-in effects.Then i used radial blur,filter effects & ioads
of overlaying :o .I used phantimish-giow on
Miriallia & overlayed her everywhere and loads and loads of blury effects! ^_^ (hmm...too much of blur........NA
