So I think that this fanart is so-so because of Athrun but I like Cagalli's face there ahaha so if you see anything I could change please tell me :D but I think it's ok I suppose....
About the background I tried to do the same bg as the shinnstellar img I used smudge and the dodge tool and drew it
....
I used 40 layers I think I merged a lot so I don't know in fact XD I am tired right now so I can't think of
anything else it's 5:00 am so I will finish there my description oh and Liz watch it !

Edit: I changed Athrun's fat leg and I tried to change the background i redid almost the whole thing and tried texture for water and put outline ... I hope it's better ... :X

Gosh, this is just amazing. Of course, like your other works, this fanart is a masterpiece. Cagalli's hair here is just so beautiful and it makes her so elegant. Athrun's expression is cute and happy, I like it! The background is great though a bit blurry... Hm... I'm adding this to faves.
