let's see now...
when i saw the scan i just knew i had to try making a nice wallpaper out of it. personnaly i think i have, i like it :D
now... about the wallpaper itself:
sadly i'm not talented enough so i couldn't keep the original wing and finish the end... so i had to replace
it with a wing brush i found on deviant art.
the clouds come from a stock image i modified a bit (i just kept the clouds and not the entire sky), tried to make a
dawn like sky with fading stars and the moon...
i tried several things to put next to the character... so the right side wouldn't look too empty, after a few
attemps i ended up with this hill, then i added the black ruin... i thought it looked good there :hmpf:
the background might seem a little too blured, but it's normal, i wanted it like that.
as for the title well... uhm... Alandil is my boyfriend's pseudonyme...
while i was making this wallpaper and starting to search for a title (because as my usual self, i'm a no-good at
finding titles for my wallpapers...) he passed over my shoulder, saw the pic and thought it was really nice (i was still
at the beginning of making the wallpaper).
so i basically made the wallpaper thinking about him and i ended up trying to put a powerful yet soft mood to the
wallpaper, i only thought normal in the end to put his pseudonyme as the title.
i have no idea where i got the scan :sweat: i think it was on an imageboard but i don't remember which one! if
somebody knows tell me and i'll put credit.
i hope you like it! i really tried to make it nice...

It looks depressive >.< but, maybe that's intended due to Abel's sullen expression! You wrote you had to replace the wings .. it certainly does not look like the original wings. I draw my hat how you replaced it. I like it a lot. Keep up the good work! ^__^ Thanks for sharing.
