Pretty good.
Despite the colors it still looks a bit flat. Maybe if you worked on the shadows for the wings it'd look better. Because if his wings are curved in front of him that much there should be some more intense shadows closer to his body. Unless of course his wings are just contracted......hmmmm......well in any case that's one suggestion.
The anatomy also looks a bit off. His collar bones are each a different length, and that just looks weird. I recomend fixing it next time (I know how hard pastels are to deal with so I wouldn't recomend trying to fix it this time ^_^' )
So just fix the collar bones, maybe work on your proportioning on the arms, and work on those wing shadows and he'd be one sexy beast ;)
