Hiya! It has been a looong time.. I know 
Nearly 3 Months.. my oh my..
I've started a few wallpapers in the past time, but I threw them all away 'cause
I don't liked them 
Uncreative phases are really bad.. 
Anyway, lets say something about the wallie.
::I've started working on this on Monday, and finished it today.
::It has about 35 Layers (however, it doesn't look like that)
::I worked nearly 8 hours on it

Bg is really cool, I like the colors, and the scan is neatly extracted, though maybe some textures would make the scan look like it's blended more into the bg.

i like the athmosphere and seeing the chara i felt for the scan that you chosen. its very good. the only thing that i was thinking is that i have liked to see the background with similar tones to those of the character, but this doesn't change the fact of your wallie be so good.
