I know the background is a starfield, but the stars are overwhelming the seaside overlay, perhaps having the bottom half gradually fade out or go transparent would produce a better effect. It also might've been better if the water continued on to the right (possibly ending in another transparent hill) instead of more or less dissapearing into thin air.
The combination of the water, tribal pattern, and asteroid belt works very, very well though.
