This is my second vector trace, my first one failed miserably. Though this is not perfect and there are several mistakes, i did my best.

Cute! Perhaps if you shrank it down a little then those harsh jagged black lines might not be so visible.

Thank you. I may have used too small a brush size for the outlines, resulting in the jaggedness. I removed most of the jagged edges on her hat and cloak.

I'm not really seeing so much jagged-ness, but I'm having a hard time understanding the whole thing. There's some very blurry parts, some very noisy parts and then some sharp parts. It almost looks as if you cut portions of the original picture out and added lines around them and put it on there.
I'm curious if this is all intentional, like if it's a style you are going for? Also what program are you using to do this in?

Its intentional, i was trying to replicate the same quality of the scan. I couldn't get the pure color version to look right as the colors clashed horribly despite my best attempts to draw out the colors. I used Illustrator CS.
