it's a nice wallie, the colours fit to the chara and his wings look good too. but i think that there are too many yellow lights on the left side and they are a bit bothering.

Well now it's about Zero in rockman.
Last time my zero wallpaper was deleted by bot chi T_T
now i make this again.
i nuse photo impact to make this picture. by using firefly effect and some shadow effect. and about the sparkling hand i
use fire works to make it. well i can't explain to much.

Wow...awesome wallpaper. The scan is cool and the bg work is nice too. I agree with Kiako, on the fireflies. There's too many, in the one spot. The small ones are good, but the bigger ones are a little distracting. But, good wallpaper none-the-less.
