wow, finally done 
i found the scan here at mt from sakuracorazonn 
the scan took around 3 hours to extract, im not quite sure how long, i loss
track of time and i was also extracting it on different days as well 
im really slow at extracting, i cant help it 
i want to make sure it looks okay 
the wall has around 40 layers when i was finished
and there are no planets in this wall, dun dun da
must be a first in ages that ive done a wall without planets
shes meant to be floating on thin ice, theres meant to be water underneath...
well, meant to be 
before someone mentions it, the background is meant to be slightly blurred, to
show its in the background.. 
that and so its not so sharp

After fully viewing it, it's actually not bad that the image isn't too sharp.
It actually sort of gives more focus on the girl in the middle of the wallpaper.
Well to me, it does look like there's water underneath... in case you'd want to know.:D
Although the text "Rhapsody" isn't seen too well at first glance.

the colour scheme looks nice, you dont really notice your title until you full view it, at first i thought there was no title
silly me, the water looks nice and the bubbles/spheres add a nice touch and
makes your wall seem magical 
, it
looks nice blurred and doesnt look too bad, there seems to be a lot of trees, it
makes it seem kind of overcrowed in a way, but then again it could just be me
, overall wonderful wall ^^

I liked this scan from Izumo.. geee... still purple! Lolz.. however the trees still look like a photo.. understandable because in all fair thought there's no planets this time.
let your experience turn the later walls into a much more beautiful and artistic
one.

Oh, this is very beautiful and the colours are good. I like it.
the colors are sooo pretty....the bg doesnt look as good as I thought it would from looking at the thumbnail...hmm..maybe if you added a little overlay or soft light with a bit of gaussian blur? it would have also added a bit more detail if you added some ripples from where she is standing. I understand that shes standing on ice, but the way she has that aura around her, it looks like there is some kind of power coming from her...so i think there should maybe be some ripples in the water. It would also add something to the water because it looks a bit still.
