Hello everybody! The girl is Sia on anime 'Shuffle!' Thanks July Chan for the help ^^
Now for the description. I'm not really good at describing how I've done it but
I'll do my best. First I had to get an idea to make my wallpaper. After thinking
a bit while I was navigating the web, I found this little angel that opened my
eyes. I saved her in my PC and started my job. I first vectored her. She had
several things around her which I wanted out of my wallpaper, so the vectoring
and deleting and redrawing took me several hours. After that I started doing
other wallpapers while I still hadn't gotten a good idea for a background. Then
it suddenly came to me. I made the background with several Photoshop effects,
with a lot of layers, lights, etc and this is what came out 
.
This is my first really complicated work (for me at least ^^)
I hope you all enjoy it and if you have any opinions or suggestions I'm all ears

That wall looks good, but her left wing looks messed up. There's no feathers on half of it. Is it supposed to look like that?
