Erm! This sure is from Tejho Tenge but the guy next to Maya is Shin (Her brother) not mistuomi. That's for sure because of his silver hair color.
Maya is my favorite Tenjho Tenge character and she always looks really sexy and beautiful, especially here. Thank you for sharing this scan!
No it's Mitsuomi, his hair is short (Shin have long hair) and Mitsuomi have three earring like on this pic, no Shin. Oh great change often their color between artwork and anime...if you look Maya here, she have blond/white hair and in the anime she have soft purple hair, on Aya artwork she have dark brown hair and in the anime she have light brown/red...anyway
